P+W Software is proud of our commitment to customer support.  As such, we have developed a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan which covers all essential and critical business activities. The Business Continuity Plan is periodically tested in a simulated environment to ensure that it can be implemented in emergency situations.

In the event of a disruption of service, P+W Software’s recovery plan will allow us to continue to provide support to our clients using alternate methods of communication. When necessary, we will notify clients of disruptions by sending an email, posting a notice on our website (www.pwsoftware.com), and/or posting a message on our telephone system (818-707-7690).
