ECI’s 130 Healthcare Payer Clients to Benefit from FSAs, HRAs, HSAs & Debit Cards

Feature-rich CDHC initiatives include flexible spending accounts (FSAs), as well as management of health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs).
P+W’s CDHC offerings are seamlessly integrated into ECI’s HEALTHpac product suite of automated claims adjudication and benefits administration solution, enabling ECI clients to have secure access to flex account information via the Internet, as well as the ability to administer FSA accounts with integrated debit card capabilities.

- Provides complete control over processing payments including printing checks, exporting checks to other systems for payment, and voiding payments when necessary.
- Displays participant data including HRA coverage information, real-time account balances, claims payment history, rollover information, explanation of benefits (“EOB”) and remit messages, and much more.
- Maintains a full history of transactions for claims, deposits, and payments; and cross references claims to payments.
